What You''ll Be Doing Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta What We''re Looking For Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance ..... full job details .....
