You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications in a state-of-the-art body shop, using the latest equipment and techniques.Key Responsibilities of an MET Technician Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centreFollow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfactionConduct detailed inspections to diagnose mechanical and electrical issuesRepair or replace damaged mechanical, electrical, and trim componentsDisassemble and reassemble vehicle parts as neededUse diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues in the vehicle''s systemsPerform quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standardsCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflowMaintain accurate records of all work performedAdhere to all safety protocols and standards Skills and Qualifications for an MET TechnicianEssential Recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET TechnicianTechnical qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)Previous experience in a busy bodyshop environmentExperience with Geometry work and 4-wheel alignmentUp-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniquesDiagnostic trainingSelf-motivated and a strong team player Click ''Apply ..... full job details .....
