MET Technician

Duties:

• Stripping, repairing, and reassembling vehicles following manufacturer standards
• Replacing and repairing accident-damaged panels and components with high precision
• Preparing vehicles for paintwork and fitting panels to a high standard
• Ensuring all repairs are completed within specified timeframes as an MET Technician
• Working collaboratively within a team of experienced technicians
• Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MET Technician within a busy accident repair environment
• Relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent are highly advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Demonstration of a high standard of vehicle repair skills and knowledge
