The Job Role
Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally highstandard,
Responsible for strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim components,
Must have the ability to do mechanical repairs - aircon, radiators, suspension, etc.
Be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (we repair all makes/models ofcars, vans, HGV''s, prestige vehicles, classic cars, etc.),
Have the ability to work to a job card within the estimated time frame,
Photograph and record each stage of your repair process,
Perform road tests (where required),
Work must be carried out to BS1015 accreditation.
Experience and Qualifications
Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a highworkload,
Follow correct repair methods,
Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude,
Exceptional attention to detail,
Qualifications such as ATA/IMI/NVQ/VCQ would be an advantage. However, we really love speaking to any applicants who have a wealth of experience within the Motor Industry. We will provide company-funded training to the successful candidate, if required.
The package
Basic salary will depend on experience. There is an uncapped bonus system enabling OTE of up to £70,000
45 hours per week
Monday - Friday (no weekends or compulsory overtime)
