MET Technician

Position: MET Technician Location: Tonbridge Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per year (plus bonus scheme) Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week, Monday to Friday) About the Employer A well-established accident repair centre with a reputation for excellence, delivering high-quality repair services, outstanding customer care, and providing a supportive, inclusive workplace environment. The Role As an MET Technician, you ll work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring all repairs are carried out safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities: Accurately carry out the removal and replacement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim items on vehicles Work with prestige, electric, and hybrid models Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in line with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines Deliver an excellent customer experience through quality workmanship Desired Skills and Experience Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience (3+ years preferred) Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong communication skills Dependable, adaptable, and a team player Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive salary (£40k £50k DOE) Bonus scheme and team bonus opportunities 22 days paid holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme Branded uniform provided Referral programme On-site parking Regular social events If you ..... full job details .....
