MET Technician / Strip Fitter details:
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Talented and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter needed to join this leading team.
As a MET Technician / Strip Fitter, you will be repairing damaged vehicles according to manufacturers'' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter:
Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
Follow correct repair techniques and produce work aligned with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Recognized apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and a technical qualification (e.g., NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
Previous experience in a busy body shop as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
High standards and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
