We''re working with a well-respected, family-run manufacturer-accredited bodyshop in the Dorking area, and they''re looking for an experienced and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team.

What\''s on Offer

Up to £23 per hour (depending on experience)

Quarterly bonus scheme - up to £1,250 every 3 months

Annual bonus of £3,000

Overtime available

Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm (45 hours per week)

Overtime available for extra earnings

The Role

Carrying out MET/Strip and Fit and geometry work

Working with precision and attention to detail in a modern workshop

Maintaining manufacturer standards and best practices

Contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency

What You\''ll Need

Proven experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Relevant qualifications (IMI, ATA, NVQ, or manufacturer training) desirable
