Role/Job title Messaging EngineerWork Location LondonRole type - ContractingMode of working - Office basedDuration of assignment 6 monthsAny other working conditions - travel/on call/shifts NoneRate inside £400 per day The RoleTo design and implement a global M365 deployment to Microsoft recommended standards.Gain sufficient knowledge on the environment and tasks to be performed:Transition and Securities to M365Federate and Securities to wider groupDeploy MS teams including Video + voice into EMA and SecuritiesProvide guidance on best Practice for Azure based infrastructureProject Support ie communication plan/scheduling activitiesProvide an escalation path for administratorsIncident management and problem management to include reporting functionUpdate and create the standard operating procedureEnsure that system meeting existing regulations and eDiscovery requirementsYour responsibilities:Managing messaging servicesProduce technical road maps for Messaging ServicesManagement of service level reportingProvide input to management to help assess future direction of product and servicesInterface between management, business, 3rd parties and support personnel.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:Expert in Microsoft Teams to Include Video and voice.Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and Compliance ToolingEngineering of Exchange 2016 deployment and migration from existing Exchange 2010 together with knowledge of Office 365Design/Deploy and support existing messaging ..... full job details .....
