MES Implementation LeadManufacturing processes experienceMES Implementation Lead Hybrid - Slough/Client Sites We are recruiting for an MES Implementation Lead to support the delivery of manufacturing execution and shop floor digital systems across industrial production environments. This role is suited to someone with a background in industrial automation, MES, control systems and production line software who is comfortable working between operations, engineering and technical teams. The work is focused on implementing and improving MES and related manufacturing systems used for line control, traceability, production visibility and process optimisation. You will take a leading role in understanding how production lines operate, translating operational requirements into system solutions, and supporting the delivery of systems that perform reliably in live manufacturing settings. This is a hands on delivery role for someone who understands the manufacturing execution layer and how it connects shop floor equipment, control systems and wider business systems.
