Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned merchant accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships.Sales and Product Pitching: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, pitch tailored solutions to existing and new clients, and drive revenue growth.Strategic Growth and Optimisation: Develop strategies to optimise budgets, diversify traffic, and enhance performance based on client needs.Data Analysis and Insights: Track account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to boost ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client experiences and advocate for client needs.Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events to promote offerings and expand professional networks.

Qualifications
Experience and Track Record: 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles in e-commerce or digital advertising, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction.Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital advertising ecosystems, and performance marketing strategies.Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English (written and verbal) for effective communication with diverse clients. Additional Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus.Analytical and Organisational Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and manage multiple accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
