We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to take ownership of merchandise planning, range construction and in-season trading, while supporting and developing the Merchandising team. Working closely with Buying, Retail and Operations, you will drive commercial performance and deliver key sales, stock and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities Manage in-season trading, identifying opportunities and risks to maximise sales and profitability. - Oversee stock, allocations, replenishment, IBTs and markdown activity across stores and warehouse. - Manage WSSI, Open-to-Buy, linecards and KPI forecasting. - Build seasonal range, distribution and phasing plans aligned with customer demand and store profiles. - Partner with Buying, Retail and Operations on future-season planning and delivery schedules. - Lead and develop the Merchandising Administrator, ensuring optimum stock levels across all channels. - Work closely with ASMs to optimise individual store performance, including seasonal store visits.
