Merchandise Manager / Stock Planner - Fashion and Accessories

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will step into a pivotal, highly visible role where your forecasting accuracy and commercial insight will directly shape our product strategy, trade performance, and global expansion. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the ultimate flexibility of remote working, with occasional collaborative meetings in London (including optional access to a vibrant WeWork space). As our sole Merchandising lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day trading. From managing critical paths to collaborating with senior leadership on seasonal launches, you will have the autonomy to make a tangible impact from day one. Key Responsibilities WSSI and Demand Forecasting: Own and manage the Weekly Stock, Sales, and Intake (WSSI) system, forecasting cash, units, gross margin, cover, and intake across B2B, DTC, Marketplace, and Amazon channels. Trading and Performance Analysis: Analyse weekly trade performance, presenting key metrics to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and taking real-time action to optimise stock levels and replenishment.
