Mercedes-Benz Luxury Vehicle Conversion Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Luxury Vehicle Conversion Technician to join our workshop team. In this role, you will strip, modify, and rebuild Mercedes-Benz Vito and V-Class vehicles, transforming standard interiors into high-end luxury upfitted Senzati Jet Class models at Thruxton Airport. Are you a coachbuilder, auto electrician, fitter or from another practical background within the automotive industry? Or, do you have transferable practical skills and a mechanical aptitude to offer, along with a sense of pride in achieving a premium finish every time? If you are currently looking for a new challenge, Senzati is offering a varied role in the bespoke upfitting and assembly of our vans alongside our driven team with a collective ambition for perfection and consistency. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment and a variety of materials including wood, steel, aluminium, plastics, leather etc. is preferred. We would also consider a Junior role for the right person, with the right mindset and evidence of their personal interests. Core Responsibilities Vehicle Stripping and Preparation: Safely dismantling factory interiors, body components and mechanical elements without causing damage to high-end vehicles.
