You will oversee installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role will focus heavily on commercial mechanical systems, including commercial heating, boiler installations, pipework systems, and hot & cold water services. Alongside site supervision, you will provide technical input into projects, assist with producing mechanical specifications and schematics, and occasionally support the commercial team with pricing small works projects up to approximately -500k. This position will be a mixture of site-based and office-based working, requiring someone who is comfortable managing engineers in the field while also supporting project planning, design, and estimating activities.
