Your new company One of Northern Ireland''s leading Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractors is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. With over 40 years of experience, the company delivers design, installation and commissioning services across healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, residential and industrial sectors throughout Northern Ireland and GB. Due to a growing portfolio of secured projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial delivery of major projects.Your new role As MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical building services projects from procurement through to final account. Key responsibilities include:Managing the commercial aspects of multiple MEP projectsPreparing and submitting valuations, variations and final accountsMonitoring project costs, budgets and cash flowSupporting procurement and subcontractor managementReviewing contracts and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesLiaising with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractorsProducing regular commercial reports for senior managementEnsuring projects are delivered in line with financial targetsWhat you''ll need to succeed Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction disciplineProven experience in an MEP, Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying roleStrong ..... full job details .....
