MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

A major international cost and project consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will work across technically complex projects, with a particular focus on data centres, healthcare, defence and industrial environments.The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will lead the commercial management of mechanical, electrical and public health packages from early cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to provide accurate cost advice throughout delivery.This role would suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience who wants exposure to large-scale, technically demanding projects.
