A specialist construction consultancy with a growing presence in London is looking to recruit an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its established cost management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the commercial delivery of complex building services packages across a diverse portfolio of high-value projects.The successful MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee mechanical and electrical cost management from concept through to project completion, providing strategic commercial advice while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams.
