The business works across diverse projects including healthcare, education, and commercial developments - ranging from bespoke schemes through to large-scale, multi-million-pound projects across the UK.The Opportunity You will play a key role within the BIM team, supporting the delivery of coordinated MEP designs through the production of high-quality 2D and 3D models. Reporting into the BIM Manager, you will work closely with engineers and wider project teams to ensure designs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCAD / Revit DutiesProduce detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, public health, fire alarm, and containmentDevelop models and drawings from engineering sketches and specificationsManage drawing revisions and ensure all documentation is kept up to dateReview and check work for accuracy and completeness prior to senior reviewCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and coordinate design informationSupport project delivery to agreed timescales and ..... full job details .....
