The successful candidate will have strong experience in RIBA Stage 5 coordination, be highly proficient in Revit, and have a thorough understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate MEP services throughout the technical design and construction stages of projects, with a primary focus on RIBA Stage 5 delivery. Develop, manage and coordinate detailed MEP Revit models to a high standard. Identify, review and resolve design clashes using Revit and Navisworks. Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors to ensure coordinated design information. Produce coordinated construction drawings and support the delivery of technical information on site. Attend design team, coordination and site meetings as required.
