Revit MEP / BIM Technician (Building Services)

Are you looking to develop your career in BIM and-Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects?

Our Client is currently looking for Junior, Intermediate & Senior level CAD Technicians-(with at least 6 months-experience using Revit-within the Building Services / MEP-sector.)

Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and ideally some knowledge of Revit or similar 3D Modelling software is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling and coordinating the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting and Power Services in Revit MEP.
• Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs.
• Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services and generating reports in Navisworks.
• Production of End Sheets and Record Drawings.
