Job Title: M&E Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically sharp M&E Manager for an immediate start to oversee the full services fit-out of an ultra-prime, new-build RC frame detached residential dwelling in Hampstead.

Operating on a “Build Only – Pre-Designed” basis, you will take immediate ownership of the initial design queries and confirmation phase, before driving the physical coordination and delivery of the 1st and 2nd fix works through to final commissioning and handover.

This is a prestigious, high-specification project featuring complex plant setups, internal basement and external swimming pools, a 6.4 kWp roof-mounted PV hybrid solar array with battery storage, and a sophisticated BMS automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phase 1 (Immediate Focus): Review performance specifications/drawings to identify, log, and resolve technical discrepancies and manage RFIs to the Services consultant/Interior designer. 
• Phase 2 (1st & 2nd Fix): Manage site installation, trade-to-trade coordination using the completed BIM model, and quality control (cabling separation, pipework, ventilation etc.).
• Phase 3 (Commissioning & Handover): Oversee full witnessed testing, NICEIC schedules, and chlorination, while ensuring strict compliance with fire stopping and acoustic strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of experience managing complex M&E packages on super-prime / high-end UHNW residential projects or complex luxury developments.
• Direct experience with RC frame structural builds and basement levels. 
• Technical familiarity with leading brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Heatmiser, Grundfos, Hager/Eaton, Sigen, and Open Protocol BMS platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations (Parts F, H, L, M) and BS 7671.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Black Card preferred.
