MEP Quantity Surveyor, Main Contractor

We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor for our Main Contractor Client. The position is a key role within the business and involves tendering the MEPH packages on new projects and assisting in managing sub-contractor variation accounts. The role is based in Central London Offices with occasional site visits as necessary, typically all within Zone 1. 

The majority of our client’s projects are based in Central London and across multiple sectors including CAT A and B office fit-out, high end residential, schools, hotels and the leisure sector, private clients, and are mainly procured on a negotiated or two stage basis.  Combined MEPH package contract values typically range from circa £3m to £15m in value.

As a main contractor, our client constructs new buildings, alters, refurbishes and remodels existing buildings, and fits out interior spaces. They have built a reputation for successfully delivering complex schemes through collaboration with many of the best design teams and clients in the country. We are looking for Experience of two stage tendering and a comprehensive understanding of MEP Quantity Surveying and Tendering.
