The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of MEP packages across a major infrastructure project, working closely with project management, engineering, procurement and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements. About the Role The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, with a strong focus on cost control, subcontractor management and commercial reporting. Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages across the HS2 project. Prepare and manage subcontract and supplier packages. Review and assess subcontractor quotations and tenders.
