MEP Quantity Surveyor

A leading provider in mechanical and electrical (MandE) systems is now looking for a MEP Quantity Surveyor based in London. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will managing the costs, contracts, and financial aspects of MEP works throughout the projects. Majority of the work is in and around the London area, however due to some high-end projects with key clients it could take a successful a Senior Quantity Surveyor to travel to Europe. What to expect: As a MEP Quantity Surveyor Managing procurement and commercial delivery of major MEP packages Cost reporting, forecasting, and monthly valuations across large-scale data centre, Commercial Fit out, Shell and core and Life Science projects Supporting contract administration under main contract and sub contract arrangements Managing risks, valuations, payments and schedules The MEP Quantity Surveyor? 3+ years experience working on MEP Packages Confident when negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Excellent attention to detail and contractual knowledge Strong MEP technical understanding Confidence in managing high value MEP packages Decisive in decision making individually and within a team Works collaboratively In Return £75,000 to £85,000 plus Car allowance Pension Travel support Experienced company with ability to develop Private healthcare Enhanced annual leave Life assurance If you would like a conversation about the role, please contact Matt Pegg at Damicor REF: (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
