MEP Project Planner

Your new company A long-established and highly successful building services contractor is seeking a Project Planner to join their growing team in Banbridge.With a strong reputation across the UK and Ireland, the business delivers complex MEP projects across sectors including healthcare, commercial, residential, education, industrial and data centres. Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, they are looking to appoint a planner to support projects from tender stage through to completion.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planner to join a market-leading contractor and play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects.Your new role Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project programmes across a range of construction and building services projects.Key duties will include:Producing detailed project programmes using Asta PowerProjectDeveloping construction, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning schedulesReviewing drawings, specifications and project information to develop logical project sequencesPreparing procurement and information release schedulesSupporting tender submissions with planning, logistics and methodology informationMonitoring project progress against programme milestonesIdentifying programme risks, delays and recovery opportunitiesCarrying out programme analysis and "what if" scenario planningSupporting extension of time and delay ..... full job details .....
