The Opportunity

Travis Talent are working with a leading building services contractor who are expanding their delivery team.

They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC, pipework, and mechanical installations across a range of live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical delivery on projects from start to finish
• Manage site teams and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement and project programmes
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

• Mechanical Project Management experience within MEP/building services
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Commercially aware with budgeting experience
• Proactive and solutions-focused
