This role centers on safety compliance, project delivery, and stakeholder management across campuses. Core Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety procedures, including specific standards and Principle Contractor duties under CDM legislation. Project Delivery: Direct end-to-end management of MEP installations from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning, and snag-free handover.
