The role is electrically biased, with responsibility for driving the electrical fit-out packages and programme while coordinating closely with the mechanical team. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical and MEP packages through to completion. Drive electrical fit-out works across white-space/data hall areas. Manage programme, sequencing and progress. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Manage the interface between electrical and mechanical packages. Coordinate with mechanical teams delivering liquid cooling systems. Manage RFIs, technical queries and design coordination. Monitor quality, health and safety and programme performance. Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
