MEP Project Manager

Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager with a background in data centres or other mission-critical environments?We are currently recruiting for an MEP Project Manager to join a team delivering major data centre projects across Europe, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health packages from design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technically complex projects and wants to be involved in the delivery of critical infrastructure at significant scale.The RoleYou will take ownership of MEP delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing MEP packages from design through to commissioning and handover.Coordinating mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection and ELV systems.Managing MEP contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.Reviewing and coordinating technical design documentation.Monitoring programme, cost, quality and project risks.Leading technical coordination meetings and resolving interface issues.Managing change control and commercial impacts.Overseeing testing, commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).Ensuring compliance with relevant European standards, regulations and HSE ..... full job details .....
