MEP Project Manager

to lead the delivery of a

£3.5m+ MEP package

within a super-prime residential redevelopment in Mayfair, Central London.This landmark project involves the complete transformation of a historic site into an exclusive collection of ultra-luxury apartments and penthouses. The scheme places a strong emphasis on bespoke interiors and exceptional craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities

Lead design coordination, including BIM, for the MEP scope.Resolve design and site blockers between shell and core services and fit-out MEP works with proactive, programme-aligned solutions.Manage and coordinate the installation sequence for all MEP systems within the package.Lead and manage MEP trade contractors, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.Prepare scopes and oversee procurement of mechanical, electrical, and public health trade contractors.Supervise MEP system installations, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to regulations and Employer’s Requirements.Implement robust quality control and safety management procedures.Manage budgets and schedules for the MEP package to ensure delivery on time and within budget.Provide progress updates and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, trade partners, and the construction management team.Identify any design/ER non-compliance early and propose cost- and programme-efficient solutions.Oversee commissioning and ensure a smooth handover from trade contractors to the client.Candidate Profile
