Manager to complete ownership of the MEP pre-construction phase for washroom packages. This is not a standard, generic fit-out role. You will specialise in high-density services, ensuring that complex public health drainage, hot/cold water distribution, specialise extract ventilation, Electrical services and smart lighting systems are perfectly coordinated, budgeted, and procured before site works commence. Key Responsibilities Washroom Design Coordination & BIM Review Interrogate layouts : Review architectural concepts to ensure MEP services can physically fit within tight ceiling voids, IPS panel cavities, and vanity units.
