MEP Pre-Construction ManagerMEP Pre-Construction Manager required to join a leading main contractor on a landmark 50m mixed-use development.This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role during the pre-construction phase of a major project currently progressing through a two-stage tender process. Working as part of the wider pre-construction team, you''ll take ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements of the scheme, helping to ensure the design delivers both technical excellence and commercial value.The project is currently operating under a PCSA arrangement, and your focus will be on challenging and interrogating the developing MEP design, working closely with the client, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure solutions are practical, buildable and represent best value. This is not a role for someone who simply accepts the design as presented.
