MEP Microstation Technician

Job Title: Contract MEP MicroStation TechnicianLocation: Remote (with initial on-site setup/induction)Contract Type: Contract - up until February with possible extensionsRate: Circa £40 per hour (8-hour day)We are seeking an experienced MEP MicroStation Technician to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in addressing the clients current workload bottleneck and freeing up their design team for higher-level tasks.Key Responsibilities: Perform MandE CAD work, including 2D and 3D drawings. Conduct calculations and lux plots. Work within a project-wise environment and handle BIM requirements. Produce detailed design work for station designs, AFA schemes, and new station builds.Required Skills and Experience: Strong MandE (Mechanical and Electrical) or EandP (Electrical and Power) experience. Proficiency in MicroStation is essential. Capable of working with 2D, 3D, and BIM environments. Experience with rail projects is highly desirable.
