MEP ManagerLocation: Outskirts of BirminghamAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Manager to join a major infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across a large-scale construction environment.This role will suit a technically strong MEP professional who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle, from design review and technical assurance through to installation, commissioning and handover. You will act as the key technical authority, ensuring engineering excellence, compliance and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.Review designs, technical specifications, calculations and construction methodologies.Support design assurance, technical approvals and compliance processes.Ensure MEP systems meet relevant standards, regulations and project requirements.Coordinate interfaces between MEP, civil, structural, architectural and specialist systems.Resolve complex engineering and construction challenges.Review subcontractor submissions, technical queries and design change requests.Support installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.Carry out inspections, audits and quality reviews.Identify technical risks, opportunities and value engineering initiatives.Provide expert engineering advice to support programme delivery.Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, supply chain ..... full job details .....
