Our client is an established main contractor operating across a range of projects including high end residential, commercial, retail, mixed use projects and more.

They are now looking for a MEP Manager to join their team and oversee MEP works on a £45m residential new build near Leatherhead.

Their ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 7+ years MEP Manager experience gained with main contractors or specialist sub-contractors..
• Previous residential project experience.
• Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline – or a trades background.

Salary is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
