MEP Manager - London

A leading main contractor is looking for an experienced-MEPH Manager-to join a major rail infrastructure project in the East London area.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, potentially running for up to 12 months, working as part of the project delivery team on a complex station-based development.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate MEPH works across the project.
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants and specialist MEPH packages.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate MEPH installations with wider construction and engineering activities.
• Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Support commissioning, handover and close-out activities.

About You

• Proven experience as an-MEPH Manager / MEP Manager-on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Previous rail experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of MEPH systems and coordination within complex projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and specialist packages.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding, programme-driven project environment.

Contract:-Up to 12 months
Location:-West London area
Rate:-Competitive, dependent on experience
