MEP Manager

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance MEP Manager to manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services on a key residential or commercial project.

Role Overview

• Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities from design through installation, commissioning, and handover

• Oversee subcontractors to ensure works meet programme, quality, and budget requirements

• Ensure full health & safety compliance for all MEP works

• Collaborate closely with project teams, design consultants, and client stakeholders

• Lead commissioning and snagging processes

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager within main contracting, ideally on residential or commercial developments

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building services

• Skilled at managing multiple subcontractors and complex site interfaces

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Immediate availability preferred
