3D Personnel is working with a large Principal Contractor which is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join the site team on a live education-sector construction project.
This is a site-based role reporting directly to the Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the MEP main contractor and associated MEP Contractor Design Portions (CDPs), ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality, and coordination throughout the delivery phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all MEP activities on site
- Oversee MEP main contractor and CDPs, ensuring compliance and quality control
- Drive programme delivery and maintain sequencing in collaboration with the site team
- Lead regular MEP subcontractor progress meetings
- Support the commercial team with progress mark-ups, site instructions, and related documentation
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld across all MEP works
Requirements
- Proven experience in MEP management on construction projects, ideally within the education sector
- Strong understanding of programme delivery and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively with site and commercial teams
Rate
- -400/day CIS
- 4 month contract
