This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware MEP professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments, ensuring design compliance, quality installation, effective commissioning and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate MEP designs, ensuring compliance, buildability and cost efficiency. Oversee MEP installation, site inspections, quality assurance and technical issue resolution. Develop and manage testing and commissioning programmes, including phased occupation. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Support procurement, contractor selection and value engineering initiatives.
