MEP Manager - Major Residential DevelopmentSouth West LondonUp to 70,000 basic + packageWe are working with a leading residential developer to appoint an experienced MEP Manager for a landmark, large-scale multi-phase RC frame residential development in South West London.This is a long-term opportunity to join a high-quality scheme delivered over several phases. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Regional MEP Manager, working closely with construction, commercial and design teams to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services from pre-construction through to handover.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all MandE aspects of a large, complex residential projectReport into and work closely with the Regional MEP Manager to align project delivery with regional standards and strategyOversee MandE subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specificationReview designs, drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving technical issuesLead commissioning, testing and handover of MandE servicesWork collaboratively with site, commercial and design teams across multiple phasesEnsure compliance with current building regulations, quality standards and health and safety requirementsRequirements:Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use RC frame developmentsStrong technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical servicesExperience ..... full job details .....
