MEP Lead

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Lead to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre development in Northumberland. This is an opportunity to take a senior MEP delivery role on a large-scale, technically complex mission-critical project with a leading international main contractor, overseeing the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical packages through construction, commissioning and final handover. The Role As MEP Lead, you will take overall responsibility for the mechanical and electrical delivery of the project, working closely with the project leadership team, specialist subcontractors, design teams and commissioning teams to ensure the MEP installation is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across the project. Managing and coordinating MEP subcontractors, package managers and engineering teams. Overseeing the MEP programme and ensuring works are delivered in line with key project milestones. Managing interfaces between mechanical, electrical, CSA and specialist systems. Working closely with the design team to resolve technical and coordination issues. Reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions and installation requirements.
