MEP Lead - Data Centre - Northumberland

Falcon Green are partnered with a leading European Tier 1 Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of complex, large-scale mission critical and life sciences projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced MEP Lead to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Northumberland. As MEP Lead, you will take overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and public health packages throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Director, design teams, subcontractors, consultants, commissioning managers, and client representatives, you will ensure all MEP systems are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering mission critical or large-scale construction projects and a proven track record managing complex MEP installations through to commissioning and handover.
