With over 40 years of experience, the company delivers design, installation and commissioning services across healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, residential and industrial sectors throughout Northern Ireland and GB. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within the specialist MEP sector.Your new role As MEP Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of mechanical and electrical building services projects while working closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and project teams. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with valuations, variations and final accountsSupporting the preparation of cost reports and forecastsAssisting with subcontractor procurement and administrationMonitoring project costs and commercial performanceSupporting contract administration activitiesAssisting with the preparation of commercial reportsLiaising with project teams, suppliers and subcontractorsSupporting the successful financial delivery of projectsWhat you''ll need to succeed Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related construction disciplinePrevious experience within a Quantity Surveying role or construction environmentExperience within MEP, building services or construction projects desirableStrong ..... full job details .....
