MEP Estimator - Central London Projects + Work from home/Flexible arrangement
Salary: £50,000 - £100,000 + package or £300 - £450 per day (dependent on experience)


O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with an up and coming electrical contractor who have strong industry relationships and a pipeline that includes prestigious live projects and excellent tender opportunities. They are seeking an Electrically biased MEP Estimator or surveyor with strong estimating experience to help them price and secure contracts on some great jobs in Central London. They are seeking to hire an Electrical Estimator who can work autonomously but are open on Seniority, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a business whether in a more medium or senior capacity within a growing business.

There will be opportunities for exposure across both estimating and commercial functions, working closely with the business owners and senior team, giving you real influence across projects and the business' future.

Role Overview

- Title: Electrical Estimator
- Project: Commercial / Mixed-Use Electrical Packages
- Locations: Central London (e.g. Leicester Square)
- Rate: £50,000 - £100,000 (DOE)
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Preparing electrical estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting projects from tender stage through to final account

Requirements

- Electrical industry experience (essential)
- Experience in estimating or quantity surveying (any level considered)
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills
- Able and willing to travel to Central London sites as required

Additional Information

- Office based in South London
- Regular site visits across Central London
- Flexible / hybrid working available when not on site
