MEP Estimator - Mission Critical ProjectsLocation: Central LondonProjects: Data Centres and Mission Critical Infrastructure across Europe We are working with a leading contractor in the mission critical sector, delivering high-value data centre and infrastructure projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Estimator to join their Central London team. The RoleAs an MEP Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for complex mission critical projects. You will be involved from early-stage tendering through to bid submission, working both independently and as part of a wider commercial and technical team. This role offers a high level of autonomy, requiring someone confident in sourcing and managing supplier and subcontractor pricing across multiple European markets. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed MEP cost estimates for mission critical and data centre projectsReview tender documentation, specifications, and drawingsIndependently obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotationsBuild and manage a strong network of vendors across EuropeCollaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategiesIdentify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tendersSupport bid submissions and client presentations where required Candidate ProfileProven experience as an MEP Estimator within construction or mission critical projectsBackground in either ..... full job details .....
