We are currently recruiting for experienced Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineers to join a dynamic and growing team. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of engineering projects, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, HSEQ policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain overall quality control across budget, schedule, plans, and team performance.
• Deliver projects within budget and agreed timelines.
• Manage project teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Provide technical support and liaise with project managers and stakeholders.
• Review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions.
• Create and update project programmes and documentation.
• Price variations and assist with monthly valuations.
• Maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners and monitor performance.
• Oversee site Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Prepare Health & Safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Represent the company in client and supervisory meetings.
• Assist with bids, tenders, and delivering value-added services.
• Monitor budgets and report monthly.
• Identify training and development needs for yourself and site teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical, plumbing, or electrical engineering.
• Strong technical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
