MEP Digital Transformation ManagerSalary: 75,000 - 85,000 + BenefitsA leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Digital Transformation Manager to drive digital innovation across its building services and project delivery teams.This role will lead the development and implementation of digital workflows, BIM strategies, automation tools, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency, project delivery, and data management across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a digital transformation roadmap across engineering and consultancy operationsLead implementation and optimisation of BIM, CAD, ACC, and cloud-based collaboration platformsImprove and automate workflows across design, project management, QA, and document controlDrive adoption of digital tools and provide training across multidisciplinary teamsOversee integration between platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, CRM, ERP, and reporting toolsDevelop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision makingEnsure compliance with digital standards including ISO 19650Champion continuous improvement and digital best practice across the businessRequirementsProven experience leading digital transformation within MEP, engineering, or construction environmentsStrong understanding of BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACCExperience implementing digital systems and improving operational processesKnowledge of automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power ..... full job details .....
