Working alongside mechanical, electrical & sustainability specialists, you’ll produce coordinated building services designs from initial concept through to detailed design, construction & project handover. The Role Produce coordinated mechanical, electrical & public health designs. Develop technical drawings, layouts, schematics & specifications. Create & maintain 3D building services models using Revit MEP. Coordinate MEP services with architectural & structural designs. Carry out design calculations, equipment selection & spatial coordination. Identify & resolve clashes using BIM coordination software.
