You ll shape MEP designs, mentor a team of 6 engineers, and see your work realised across long-term projects with major clients. Stability, variety, and progression are all on the table. What you''ll do: Lead and manage the MEP design process across multiple projects ranging between £2 - 15 million, Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health design information with architectural, structural and specialist subcontractor design packages. Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions, calculations and design proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, buildability and value. Provide strong leadership, mentoring and guidance to design team members, consultants and wider project teams. What you ll need At least 10 years experience in building services design, so you re confident in creating MEP systems that work in the real world Strong commercial awareness, allowing you to balance performance with cost and deliver value to clients A desire to mentor others, as you ll be helping junior engineers develop their skills About the company An MandE contractor ..... full job details .....
