This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project, taking responsibility for managing and coordinating the building services design process, ensuring the timely completion of design information by external consultants and supporting the project team through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the MEP design process from detailed design through to project completion. Coordinate and oversee external MEP design consultants. Review and manage design deliverables to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Liaise with project managers, commercial teams, consultants, subcontractors and the client. Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues. Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations, British Standards and project specifications.
